London School of Executive Education (LSEE) – Terms and Conditions
(Applicable to RQF Levels 3, 4, 5, and 7 – International Students)
1. Enrolment & Eligibility

Enrolment is open to international students who meet the entry criteria for the relevant RQF Level 3, 4, 5, or 7 qualification.

All applications must be completed truthfully, with accurate personal and academic details.

The minimum age for enrolment is 18 years.
2. Course Delivery
-
All programmes are delivered online and self-paced, with assignments forming the primary mode of assessment.
-
Students are expected to maintain regular progress and submit assignments on time.
-
Access to the online portal is individual and non-transferable.
3. Fees & Payment
-
Tuition fees must be paid in full or according to an agreed payment plan before access to the course is provided.
-
All fees are non-refundable once course access has been issued.
4. Certification
-
Students must complete all required assignments successfully to be awarded the relevant diploma.
-
Certificates are issued by London School of Executive Education (LSEE), accredited through Qualifi (Ofqual-regulated awarding body).
5. Access Duration & Extensions
-
Students are granted 12 months of access to their course from the date of enrolment.
-
A one-time extension of up to 3 months may be granted at no additional cost if requested before the original access period expires.
-
No further extensions will be permitted unless exceptional circumstances can be evidenced in writing (e.g. hospitalisation, bereavement, military service, or other serious personal situations).

All extension requests are subject to LSEE’s approval.
6. Refund Policy
-
No refunds are available once login credentials are issued.
-
In exceptional cases, deferment may be considered at LSEE’s discretion.
7. Assessment & Resubmissions
-
All programmes are assessed through written assignments.
-
Students are entitled to unlimited resubmissions of assignments within their course access period at no additional cost.
-
Where an assignment does not meet the required standard, tutor feedback will be provided to support improvement before resubmission.
-
Students are expected to engage with feedback and make genuine efforts to improve their work in subsequent submissions.
-
If a student repeatedly resubmits work without showing significant improvement, they will be given one final opportunity to resubmit. Failure to meet the required standard at that stage may result in course termination.
8. Deferrals & Pauses
-
Students may request a one-time deferral of up to 6 months, provided the request is submitted officially in writing before the end of their original access period.
-
Deferrals will not be granted if the student has already used the complimentary 3-month extension outlined in the Access Duration & Extensions section.
-
After a deferral has been granted and used, no further deferrals or exceptions will be accepted under any circumstances.
9. Student Conduct
-
Students are expected to behave professionally in all interactions with staff and peers.
-
Misuse of online systems, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty may result in suspension or termination without refund.
10. Technical Requirements
-
It is the responsibility of the student to ensure they have access to suitable equipment and internet throughout the duration of their studies.

The minimum technical requirements are:

A desktop, laptop, or tablet capable of running modern web applications (mobile phones alone are not sufficient).
-
A stable and reliable internet connection.
-
An up-to-date web browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge).
-
Software to open and edit PDF and Word documents.
-
An active email account for all official communications.

Students are also expected to have basic computer literacy, including the ability to send/receive emails, download/upload documents, and navigate online learning platforms.

LSEE is not responsible for technical issues arising from the student’s equipment, internet connection, or local restrictions (e.g., firewalls or blocked sites).
-
No refunds, extensions, or deferrals will be granted due to failure to meet these technical requirements.
11. Complaints & Appeals
-
Students who wish to raise a complaint regarding course delivery, administration, or student services must do so in writing within 30 days of the issue arising. Complaints must be sent to: info@londonsee.co.uk.

Students who wish to lodge an academic appeal (for example, against an assignment outcome) must submit the appeal in writing within 14 days of receiving their result. Appeals must be sent to: students@londonsee.co.uk.

Appeals will be reviewed by an independent academic assessor, and the outcome will be communicated to the student in writing.

Following this review, LSEE’s decision will be final and no further appeals will be considered.
12. Liability
-
LSEE is not responsible for a student’s employment, visa outcome, or use of the qualification in any particular country.

Course materials are provided “as is” without guarantees of future opportunities.
13. Data Protection
-
LSEE complies with the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
-
Personal data is collected only for enrolment, academic management, and certification.
-
Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
-
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
-
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.
