The result is a distinct increase in employability and effectiveness in a position of leadership, all tailored to your personal aspirations. Management education has changed significantly over the last few decades. Previously it focused on areas such as finance and operations and as a result MBA courses focused on data and were out of touch with the challenges managers face in the real world. We have expanded our MBA to include: international issues; marketing; strategy; corporate responsibility and governance; organisational behaviour and leadership. Our MBA will add value more through increasing your ability to lead and manage others than through developing your talents as an individual contributor. In short, we are preparing you for senior management by developing your soft skills within a group of your peers. We are developing a learning community: we emphasise working in groups as you will often learn as much from your peers as you do from your lecturers.
